Because most products on the platform are digital and immediately accessible, refund requests are subject to the conditions below.
By purchasing content or booking sessions on Ed-Cademy, you agree to this refund policy.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a refund:
Course progress must not exceed 25% completion, OR
Downloaded materials must not represent substantial use of the product, OR
The tutoring session must not have been fully completed
Ed-Cademy reserves the right to deny refunds if the system shows excessive use, downloads, or access.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may be denied if:
Files have been downloaded
Videos have been substantially viewed
Worksheets or materials have been accessed multiple times
The course has been completed beyond the allowed limit
Ed-Cademy may use system logs to determine usage.
All decisions are final.
Refunds for tutoring sessions may be granted only if:
The request is made before the session starts, OR
The educator fails to attend, OR
Technical problems prevent the session from taking place
Refunds may not be granted if:
The student misses the session
The student is late
The student leaves early
The student is removed for misconduct
Rescheduling may be offered instead of a refund.
If content is purchased as part of a bundle, package, or subscription:
Refunds may be partial
Refunds may be denied if any portion has been used
Ed-Cademy may determine the refund amount at its discretion.
Ed-Cademy monitors refund activity.
Refunds may be denied if:
Multiple refund requests are made
Abuse of the system is suspected
Content appears to be used before requesting refund
The user repeatedly purchases and refunds
Accounts suspected of abuse may be suspended.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, but may take longer depending on the payment provider.
Ed-Cademy is not responsible for delays caused by:
Banks
Credit card companies
Payment processors
International transactions

Account email
Product or session name
Reason for request
Incomplete requests may not be processed.
Ed-Cademy reserves the right to:
Approve or deny refunds
Issue partial refunds
Offer credit instead of refund
