Each student account is personal and may not be shared.
Students may not:
Share login credentials
Allow others to attend sessions using their account
Access another user’s account
Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
Ed-Cademy is not responsible for issues caused by shared accounts.
Accounts found in violation may be suspended.
All tutoring sessions must take place through the Ed-Cademy platform.
Sessions may be recorded for:
Quality assurance
Safety and compliance
Dispute resolution
Training purposes
By using the platform, students agree to session recording.
Recording sessions yourself without permission may be prohibited depending on local law.
All payments must be made through the official Ed-Cademy platform.
Students may not:
Pay educators directly
Request off-platform lessons
Use external payment methods
Refund requests must follow the Ed-Cademy refund policy.
Ed-Cademy has final authority on all payment disputes.
Students must use Ed-Cademy only for educational purposes.
The following are not allowed:
Uploading illegal content
Attempting to hack or bypass the system
Sharing copyrighted material without permission
Using the platform for non-educational business activity
Violation may result in immediate account termination.
